For SEND Professionals
Senbridge represents a small number of exceptional SEND professionals. Properly.
We work with Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, SEND Case Officers, EHCP Coordinators, Tribunal Officers, and Interim SEND Leaders.
Representation
Your details are not sent to every available engagement. Every submission is discussed with you first.
Representation through Senbridge means a relationship with a senior partner who knows your discipline. Every conversation begins with understanding your specific context: the kind of work you do, the kind of service you want to work with, and the kind of engagement that would represent a genuine step forward for you.
When an engagement arises that may suit you, it will be discussed with you before anything else happens. You decide whether you want to pursue it. Nothing is submitted to any commissioning service without your explicit consent.
Senbridge measures the success of its professional relationships in years. The quality and durability of an engagement matters more than its volume.
Above-Market Pay
The most experienced SEND practitioners should not be paid to framework rate card ceilings. Through Senbridge, they are not.
Procurement frameworks set rate cards. These rate cards impose a ceiling on what practitioners can be paid, regardless of their experience, specialism, or scarcity. An organisation operating within a framework cannot exceed these limits regardless of what the open market would otherwise support.
Senbridge operates outside procurement frameworks. There is no rate card ceiling. Pay reflects what a practitioner's expertise is worth in an open market.
In a sector where EP vacancies are running at approximately three times the rate of available qualified practitioners, the open market value of an exceptional EP is significantly above what any framework rate card permits. Senbridge's structure removes that ceiling because of how the business was built, not as a policy that could be reversed.
Your pay reflects what your expertise is worth. Senbridge's structure makes this possible. It is not a promise. It is a consequence of how this business was built.
Confidentiality
Your current employer will not be contacted. Not at any stage.
This is absolute. Senbridge does not contact current employers. We do not make speculative enquiries on your behalf. We do not disclose that you have been in contact with us.
Nothing about you is shared with any commissioning service without your knowledge and explicit consent. Every potential introduction is discussed with you in advance. You decide whether to proceed at every stage.
What Happens Next
Senbridge works with a small number of practitioners.
We do not represent everyone who contacts us. We accept representation only when we are confident that the engagements we have access to are a genuine match for the practitioner's expertise, and that we have the capacity to manage the relationship without compromise.
If that is not the case, we will say so clearly. This selectivity is not exclusion. It is the condition under which the representation can be done properly.
01
Initial conversation within 48 hours.
With a senior partner who understands your discipline. Not a coordinator. A substantive conversation about your specific context, your work, and what kind of engagement would represent a meaningful step for you.
02
Engagement by consent.
No introduction to any commissioning LA takes place without your prior knowledge and explicit consent. You will be briefed on the opportunity. You decide whether to proceed.
03
Ongoing relationship.
Senbridge's interest does not end at the point of engagement. We remain present throughout the assignment. At the end, we discuss what comes next. The relationship continues for as long as it is useful to both of us.
